3Oct 2010 - I bought this kettle from Tropicana Mall's outlet and it DOES NOT whistle. If not for my sister who was also at home, it would have caused major accident since it nearly boiled dry!!!
4Oct 2010 - I took it back to the outlet for exchange. though it whistle when it was tested at the outlet and once when i took it home to boil water. It didnt whistle anymore after that. This is my 4th time boiling and it still DOES NOT whistle!!!
If only House of Representation will look into this instead of carrying such a dangerous product!!!
->Admin -> Our customer service, Ms. Liza has revolved this issue as the cause of the non-whistling was that the screw was not tight, therefore not allowing it to whistle. Our staff has already tighten the screw and returned the item to you.
